How to extend your Adobe Photoshop CS 3 trial version?

Author: Jam | Filed under Tips

The Adobe Photoshop CS 3 since its release on December 2006 has already reached millions of downloads. The beta version is available as a shareware, which means you have to register the software after 30 days by buying your own copy to continue using it. This poses a dilemma to photoshop users who cannot afford for a copy.

I installed my copy a month ago which expired few days ago. I’ve searched the web for cracks or serials that will permanently activate my copy but it seemed that there’s none available yet. Good thing my brother recommended a trick to extend my trial period by adjusting the date and time setting of my PC. In my case I adjust the date before the installation date when I want to use Adobe Photoshop.

This method was previously described in MyDigitalLife.

Like any average Photoshop user, I could not afford for a registered copy so I have to opt for cracks, serials and tricks to use the software. :p

Careful with those cracks, the anti-software piracy guys of Edu might go after you. ;)

Even for other software, this trick works but be careful with some like Sony, they have root kit installed on your pc witout you knowing it.

    Yes,

Well, I’d use a crack or some such… but I can’t find one that isn’t just spyware or a virus… and I can not actually keep setting my date like this since my computer needs to use this other work related application that goes out an re-sets it! :|

Rolling the date back has no effect on already expired trials.

    Word to the wise.
