My account from WebHostingBuzz got suspended again because I was not able to timely pay for my invoice for this month - all because of the authorization failure notice I have been getting in the 2CO billing page using Paypal. Good thing the 2CO staff has guided me through and helped me fix the problem.
1. Delete the cache and cookies from your computer.
To do this in IE (Older version):
1) Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools
2) Click on Internet Options
3) On the General Tab, in the middle of the screen, click on Delete Files
4) You may also want to check the box “Delete all offline content”
5) Click on OK and wait for the hourglass icon to stop after it deletes the temporary internet files
6) You can now click on Delete Cookies and click OK to delete cookies that websites have placed on your hard drive.
7) Restart your computer and try again.
To do this in IE (Newer version):
1) Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools
2) Click on Internet Options
3) On the General Tab, Locate Browsing History and click on Delete.
4) Click on Delete Files
5) Click on Delete Cookies
6) Restart your computer and try again.
To do this in Mozilla (Netscape, FireFox, etc.)
1) Open your browser and click on Tools
2) Click on Options
3) Select Privacy
4) Locate Private Data and click on Clear Now
4) Click on the buttons to Clear your Cookies and Cache and click Clear Private Data Now
5) Restart your computer and try again
Additional tips for ordering:
*Credit card number should be entered with NO spaces or dashes
*The CVV code on Visa/MC will be a 3 digit number on the BACK of the card
*The American Express CVV is the 4 digit number on the FRONT of the card
*Type your name exactly as it appears on the credit card
*Avoid hitting the back button when making the purchase
