We give brutal murderers less time in prison! The only troubling part is why in the world is our justice system so slow? Our wheels of justice don't turn! They are pushed by a heavier load behind them and are rusted out! Smith's appeal should have been heard in one day. Do we now put everything aside because its a holiday? What if we were at war?
