Don’t Go for SmartBro!
I guess I am now one of the hundreds of SmartBro unsatisfied costumers. It has been weeks since I switched from dial-up to SmartBro thinking that it was a “better†option. But after 2 weeks, our connection went crappy. It goes went intermittently on and off. Our connection had been off for a week now. I’ve called their costumer care service for several times, getting the same promises that I will get a response to my problem within 24 hours. I first called last January 25 and until now my problem was not addressed. Our schedule for repair was today, February 4, but no one from their office came to see my problem. Then when I called a while ago, I found out that it was rescheduled tomorrow without even informing me of the changes. Imagine, I waited the whole day for nothing. God, I am getting impatient! Good if they allow their costumers to delay their payment for a week.
