What to do with my PayPal balance?

I am am now officially a verified PayPal account holder! Yay! I used my aunt’s Equitable PCI American Express credit card (sheesh!) to verify my address. I currently have more than $100 balance, thanks to Text Link Ads; unfortunately, I could not withdraw the funds using this credit card.
As Mihawk pointed out, you can only transfer (withdraw) your funds on a VISA card. MasterCard, American Express or any other card are not yet approved by Paypal. Non-VISA cards can only be used to verify your account.
Pinoy Money Talk listed the possible ways to withdraw funds from your Paypal using some accepted credit and debit cards in the Philippines.
In the meantime, as I am finding convenient and cheaper ways to withdraw funds from my PayPal balance, I am opting other ways to spend my balance.
1. Pay for my domain and hosting. Just several months ago, my domain (jammedph.com) has expired. Since this was acquired through post-to-get-a-free-domain program provided by Hostbidder.com, I waited for several days before my renewal was approved. Now I can pay for my domain using my PayPal balance.
2. Try some online auction. I have been wanting a palm PC to store my medical e-books. Maybe I can try Ebay to get one.
3. Buy some medical books. I need the newer editions of my text books. Unfortunately, I don’t think Amazon.com offers PayPal as payment method. But there maybe other sites offering it.
4. Buy medical equipment online like diagnostic sets, etc.
5. Subscribe to online medical articles and journals.
6. Pay for other online transactions.

That’s wonderful that there’s now full PayPal service in the Philippines. Especially great for Pinoy probloggers, yes.
